Frankie Wall is a multi- skilled performer working nationally and internationally. Frankie’s training began at age 4 and went onto graduate with a first class degree in dance/choreography. Frankie then completed her academic studies with a masters degree in dance science and a PT course. 

Frankie has been performing professionally for several years as a multi skilled performer and exotic dancer. Specialising in pole/ lollipop hoop, Frankie then went onto expand her aerialist skills with aerial hoop and loops, followed by fire and chair acro.  Frankie has performed for the likes of music artists, well known performance groups, film work,  venues and festivals, some names to mention: The West End Brunch, The Fuel Girls, Proud Cabaret, Sushi Samba, Snoop Dogg, Ed Sheeren, Akon and more. Frankie is also co-owner of Pole City, an inclusive and safe space for the sex worker and pole community that runs pole doubles workshops and more.

TOULOUSE LAUTREC was famous for his life-long love affair with the sex workers of Montmartre, Paris, including his long-term muse, Jane Avril. Many of his paintings depicted the women whose erotic labour has long gone unacknowledged by the art world. It's only right that ELSC have a residency at the venue named after a male artist whose career was deeply intertwined with sex workers' labour. We are London's ONLY life drawing class blending the richness of nude models in Art history with the thrill of modern strip clubs and a healthy dollop of radical politics!

ELSC are a collective of strippers working to smash stigma, fight for better working conditions and repackaging our erotic labour to provide meaningful employment to our community. Life Drawing With ELSC references the rich history of artists musing upon their nude models, dancers, strip-tease artists, lovers and sex-workers to create works of art. Expect high octane pole tricks, sultry striptease, flexible floor-work, freestyle and some surprise audience participation to enrich your life drawing experience.

ELSC welcomes all gender expressions & identities, and artists from all ethnic & cultural backgrounds. We support a diverse audience that reflects our community of strippers & sex workers.

The class will be led but not tutored. £16.50 per person. All levels of ability welcome. All materials are available for a £2.50 donation (free materials for students who bring photo ID).

Helpful tips

• We accept drop ins - but we cannot guarantee you a space in our class unless you book online!
• For Couples/Group Bookings: please arrive early at 18:45 in order to get seats together.
• If you arrive before 18:45, please wait patiently in the bar area downstairs of the venue.
• If you wish to leave the class early please inform the host and wait until an appropriate time in between poses to exit the room.
• Latecomers: Late arrivals are disruptive to class once we have started. If you are more than 10 mins late, please approach host to meet, greet and seat you!

Accessibility

Toulouse Lautrec: We run our classes up 2 flights of stairs in the performance space. No step-free access.

If you have any specific access needs or requests please email us in advance or speak to the host as soon as you arrive. We will try to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate you (eg: adjustment to light, sound, break schedule, host communication, instruction style etc.)
